The present invention relates to thermoplastic, biodegradable plastic composite semi-finished products comprising starch, a thermoplastic polymer, a polyol, and reactive vegetable oil-based multifunctional components from which products of suitable mechanical strength can be prepared by conventional methods for processing thermoplastic polymers. In the composite, the biodegradable component comprises 40-50% native corn starch, 45-55%, 0.5-30% water-containing polyol, and / or polyalkanol amine, or a mixture thereof, 0.9-12% multifunctional components. The combination of multifunctional vegetable oil derivatives used allows for greater structural homogeneity, easier machinability, increased flexibility and extensibility, and greater stability to hydrolysis of the final product, while at the same time being rapidly and completely biodegradable.
