Mrs. Boglárka Kmethy Gasparics essentially works in the field of chemistry, in particular in organic chemistry and pharmaceuticals, as well as representing inventions relating to cosmetics and food. Her work involves drafting patent claims, filing patent applications and representing clients before both the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office and the European Patent Office, as well as carrying out patent purity tests, and preparing novelty search and status check reports.

Boglárka has been with Danubia Patent and Law Office since 2000.
She has been a Hungarian- and European patent attorney since 2003.

Boglárka graduated in chemistry, specialising as a pharmaceutical researcher, from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Science in 1999. She wrote her master’s thesis on environmental analytical chemistry at Complutense University of Madrid where she spent one semester on an Erasmus scholarship.
