Tamás Farkas works primarily in prosecuting and enforcing patent rights for inventions in the fields of mechanical engineering, construction- and automotive industries, manufacturing, metal industry and transportation. He has many years’ experience encompassing more than 2000 cases in intellectual property, most notably in patents, utility models and designs.

Tamás joined Danubia Patent and Law Office in 1998 and has been a partner in the firm since 2002.

Tamás graduated as a forming technology metallurgical engineer specialising in metallurgy heat treatment from the Technical University of Heavy Industry to the University of Miskolc in 1985.
He obtained his advanced qualification in industrial property rights protection in 2002, qualifying as a patent attorney the same year.
